Due to Cubra Castings advancement in supplying the customer with an integrated product we now assemble and take a product to a level of specification that the customer requires, this can include not only the cast and CNC machining and surface treatment, but complex bill of materials and we can add to our own products brought out items.

Customer specific packaging is a service that Cubra Castings can provide in order to brand your product ready to be taken straight from delivery to the store shelf. With this service your product will not need to go through another company before being finished as a product that can be sold.

Surface Finishing

Surface finishing to a customer requirement can include highly polished finish only, chrome plated, nickel, buffed finished, gold plating, various powder coatings and other customer specified finishes..

Machining

Our well equipped machine facility offers a range of finishing processes on our CNC 4-axis machine centres, CNC lathes, automated bar feed machinery, conventional turning, drilling and milling.
